[EAS] CAP EAS Logging Question

I think that is what I was saying. We're seeing the start of what is
going to be a problem at the FEMA sending end coliding with our
obligation to log everything received. It's an unintended consequence
of everyone listening to the same conduit. With FEMA inviting more
sources to the table and joining the party, the traffic builds and our
reception of new messages increases. The rules don't account for that
new traffic.

Or does the FCC and FEMA want us to log everyone's traffic as a check
and balance. Another unfunded mandate....? Oh the conspiracy theorist
in me...

In a parallel, NAWAS was and remains a wonderful tool. But when the
voice roll call is made, it's such a waste of resources to voice poll 60
some entities.
