[EAS] CAP EAS Logging Question

But I get alerts for counties that are not in my local area programmed on my SAGE.
Usually it amounts to a bunch of Thunderstorm watches and warnings which I do not want to receive nor are they relayed.
When it elevates to a TOR then our box goes into action and does a relay.
But the other alerts are unwanted, and not included in my local area, but SAGE thinks I need to receive them anyway.
