[EAS] CORRECTION: IPAWS EAS Feed Notifications (monthly report)

Correction to the last bullet in original email (the attachment had the correct information):

7/15/2013:  Two ADT RWTs were sent (not SDT).  They had different message IDs, so the EAS device would have logged both.

EAS Participants,

The EAS RWT report for July is attached.  There following inconsistencies are highlighted in the report:

7/29/2013:  Three SDT RWTs were sent.  They had the same message ID, so the EAS device would have disregarded 2 of 3 messages.
7/22/2013:  The EDT RWT was sent with an incorrect FIPS code (09000 instead of 009000).  EAS participants monitoring for 009000 FIPS code would not have received the RWT.
7/15/2013:  The EDT RWT was not sent.
7/15/2013:  Two SDT RWTs were sent.  They had different message IDs, so the EAS device would have logged both.
