[EAS] FEMA Test Today

I have two Sage boxes here and they both received the test in question.

Received 	08/12/13 11:05:11	Matched filter ALL OTHERS, Received from CAP. Log Only.
The Civil Authorities have issued a Required Weekly Test for all of California, all of Nevada, all of Oregon, and all of Washington beginning at 11:05 am and ending at 12:05 pm (fromcap).
