According to the arin record autorative dns records were last updated Saturday. apps.fema.gov ns record now resolves from the dhs cluster vs. Verizon mabye that had something to do with it. At this hour most resolvers I scan are resolving but old reliable google cache resolvers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are not yet. Mabye after the 6 a.m. Propagation cycle.
