Ok,  I dont play as much operationally as I used to, so I missed this.  What is DIRS (FCC Disaster Information,,,,)
 
Some of my small clients in the Hurricane Sandy impact area are getting emails about daily reporting necessary to the FCC of their emergency functions.
 
Yeah, like they have time or personnel for all that in the midst of a storm. 
 
You would think they would have figured a way to have CAP capture and report such data.
 
 What is this, why is this, and what exactly is required?
