[EAS] Yesterday's CAP RWT

Hi Don,

I don't there is a requirement a license must "originate" a RWT.  They 
merely must send one absent any other EAS activity that week.

I do agree and like the planned RWT from FEMA. Not that I watch with 
baited breath, I do like to know all is working.

But nothing is stopping them from sending out a CAP RWT whenever they wish to test the system. I applaud them for volunteering to send it out - whenever that is.
