I have been known to say "The only explanation for what the FCC does
is that they have nitrous oxide jets on their desks".
Extrapolating that to Congress, they must use much stronger stuff.
On one hand I understand much of the whole issue about
"challenged". As I said before I grew up with my cousin that was
blind. And then I spend almost three years on crutches. "Walk a
mile in another man's shoes" applies here.
On the other hand I have this problem in that I only deal with
reality. The more fun stuff I gave up a long time ago.
