Suzanne-
Could you please be sure to include a question about some direction for
broadcasters in those states that are NOT prepared to issue CAP messages?
There are about 22 states that will not have any way to originate CAP
messages on June 30th. What will that lack of state and local CAP technology
mean for those stations? And what will happen to stations in "mixed" areas
where they may monitor one state that has CAP equipment and another state
that does not?
