[EAS] Max Length of EAS Messages

I would join with David to encourage you to take the online course and the test.

The Broadcast Warning Working Group is going to encourage the emergency management community to do the same.

Personally, I'd like to see the training itself and the question pool enlarged to cover more of the EAS (and CMAS) user experience.

Stated another exactly what will the general public see and hear when they get EAS and CMAS alerts.

I'd even like to see an online teaching tool offered that would parse a warning message created by emergency managers using CAP warning origination software and show the student what that message would look/sound like on EAS, CMAS, Twitter, etc.

Anyone want to take that project on?
