Tom,
If both email and NTP stopped working, it may be that the DNS changed
- you might be running the ENDEC with a static address, and now it
needs a new DNS address (or gateway).
Anyway, there are a few things that are easy to check the next time
you get to the station. Give us a call on the support line, and
we'll arrange to have someone available, even after hours, if you are
going to a remote site.
