[EAS] Converters, or not?

Sage has not yet updated their firmware to provide that capability.  Harold has wisely waited to do just one update closer to the June 30 deadline.  I can't blame him for waiting, with the turmoil caused by the FCC's Fifth Report and Order.  Washington broadcasters have been monitoring MystateUSA servers for CAP-EAS alerts since installed in 2006. They are setup to poll redundant servers in CO and VA with a different protocol than the ATOM protocol utilized by the IPAWS-OPEN office.
