[EAS] Missing CAP Regions

I emailed him when we did not get the CDT RWT and 20-30 minutes later we received a delayed one. Don't know if I prompted sending the test as I did not get a reply.

As has been asked in other forums and (as far as I am aware) has not received a proper answer...
Who do you contact if you don't receive a RWT from FEMA/IPAWS?
