[EAS] Missing CAP Regions

        There is a person to contact, but he
        is checking on this right now, and will send me confirmation.

        However, after this week, the status
        of the tests is up in the air. Current thinking
        is that they will go on for "a couple of weeks
        on Monday" and then stop.
