[EAS] email configuration for Gmail?

Through Gmail it works quite well. We were hoping for native exchange
support so we can use the ENDEC on our campus emergency management
system to send emails to the public safety people who issue alerts on
campus. I can still do this through gmail, however the public safety
people consider it an "unreliable source" even though it's coming from
us on campus.
