[EAS] Version 89--required?

Ok, got the beast back working--found the original Endec
file in a weird place.  Windows!

What prompted me to try to change things is that I had the
CAP working fine on Thursday, then Friday morning it stopped
working--offline. That's when I tried reloading the
settings... 

Still can't get it to send me e-mails, even after copying
the settings from another Sage that does. That system just
hums along, got a CAP test message Friday.
