OK... think I figured it out... your web site just has the old 2.17 
version under "PC Software".  The new 2.30 version is only listed on the 
Firmware Updates page... I suggest updating the copy on the PC Software 
page to avoid potential confusion.  I presume 2.30 is backwards 
compatible with earlier firmware for the same box, correct?

Great!  I just took a quick glance through the release notes and it 
looks like you have added a bunch of other desirable fixes/features as well.
