[EAS] Version 89 - required?

Dave,

The ENDECSetD sofware update is needed to allow you to edit settings 
files for the new ENDEC.  If you use the old version to edit a new 
settings file, you will lose your CAP settings.  Please download and 
install the new ENDECSetD. (You can upload the firmware without it, 
just don't try to edit the settings file until you get the 2.30 version).

Version 88 and greater allow you to define multiple MyStateUSA servers.
