[EAS] CAP EAS RWTs running weekday mornings now through the June 30 implementation deadline

The additional weekday test messages using an RWT code are currently proceeding on the same local time of day schedule as the once a week Monday RWT CAP EAS messages.  Tuesday's cycle began with messages directed to the Mountain Time Zone grouping.

RWT Messages directed to the Atlantic, Eastern and Central time zone groups were not issued this morning.

FEMA will originate CAP EAS messages each weekday morning through June 29 to allow those EAS Participants installing / configuring their CAP EAS devices to confirm that they are properly configured.  These messages will contain EAS code RWT.  Users will not need to program any special event filters to receive these messages.
