[EAS] More frequent CAP EAS RWTs proposed through the June 30 implementation deadline

If Al wants to send me a sheet with the expanded test schedule, I will post it, however, from what Al has said, the existing Monday schedule will apply for the other four weekdays until June 29, so all that may be needed is a note on the schedule already posted.
