Stupid question, but how far is the "remote EAS"? Could you do it with
a low-speed data subcarrier system? I realize that'd be marginally
expensive, or you could simply do audio on a subcarrier, keeping it
off the main audio channel.

Or if you're running HD, just put it there... nobody's listening anyways. :)
