[EAS] Gary Timm's Series Now Posted on the EAS Forum

As mention on a previous post here, the Broadcast Warning Working Group (BWWG) has agreed to post AWARE Forum articles on our site, and the AWARE Forum will allow a BWWG author to post on their site. As many subscribers to this list know, Gary Timm is a highly respected EAS subject expert and one of the AWARE Forum's principal authors. He recently wrote a five part series on the FCC's Fifth Report and Order on EAS. Gary is a consultant for the Touchstone Group, and the AWARE Forum is one of their stakeholder outreach efforts. The BWWG is pleased that we have agreed to work together to get information out to the EAS stakeholder community.
