[EAS] Gary Timm and the EAS CAP Roadmap

We just posted details about a new agreement the Broadcast Warning Working Group (BWWWG) has reached with Gary Timm. Gary has for some time posted comments on this list, and many of you know he hosts an EAS-related site called the AWARE Forum. Information from the AWARE Forum will now appear on the EAS Forum, and we will post some EAS Forum information on AWARE. There is more, including some of Gary's noteworthy contributions to EAS improvement posted at:
