[EAS] Still waiting: Federal Register publication of Fifth Report and Order

For those of you keeping score, the Part 11 Fifth Report and Order has not yet been published in the Federal Register (FR).

As previously mentioned, the 30 day procedural clock for various actions on decisions announced in that Report and Order that some people have talked about filing does not begin until publication in the FR.
