Oh, yes - the NWS forecasts *are* TTS-friendly.  My point was that all 
it would take is for someone to not enter the text in plain English or 
to use a non-standard txt code, and everyone downstream goes "HUH?"  
I've been corresponding with the folks at Weather Underground to please 
provide the URL for the NWS forecast so I can (hopefully) hack 
WeatherAloud with the new address, or put up the NWS forecast instead of 
their new-and-improved one - or at least an option to select which one 
to download!

And as long as there are folks who might believe their way is better 
than the standard way.....

Is thanks = tnx or thx?
