Sigh, in what world in an IT landscape is a "rolling restart" process "routine"?

Those are only done when mass updates are done, and one does not start it's restart process until the previous machine has completed the procedure. If the machine fails the restart process, the restart process does NOT continue...

One sure as hell does NOT do a rolling restart of a mass-network that is nationally polled at 4:15pm on a friday either.

Someone needs to have a talk with the FEMA IT department about competent IT practices.
