[EAS] IPAWS EAS feed scheduled outage

EAS Participants,

The IPAWS EAS feed will be unavailable today, December 11, 2012, from approximately 1:00 PM until approximately 3:00 PM Eastern Time for a scheduled upgrade.  I will advise if there are any changes to this time frame.
