Thank you, Richard and Ed for your response.

We bought the Gorman-Redlich CAP-DEC1 add-on box, and it has the IPAWS OPEN upgrade.  (It also does "enhanced text," already.)

We don't have an EMnet terminal (we are an LP station with very tiny budget), so it looks like the IPAWS will be my only option, at least for now.
