[EAS] CAP points to ... ?

David - as far as I understand in FL:

Federal CAP:  if you have a CAP-enabled device, you can point to the FEMA
IPAWS aggregator (apps.fema.gov).  

State CAP:  CAP monitoring via the state source would occur via your EMnet
terminal (or, for DASDEC users, there is an option to have the EMnet
software onboard the DASDEC itself to monitor EMnet directly).

Local CAP:  TBD (EMnet or possibly other).

I am in Central Florida and purchased a CAP unit prior to the deadline that
got extended at the last minute.

I have not been able to locate a server to point the unit towards.  Any
suggestions?
