[EAS] Trilithic EAS Testing CAP

For those who wish to know,

Trilithic has a software program  for download that will allow an end 
user test their CAP software installation.  It allows the user to make 
sure the CAP software connects to their EAS units and that their EAS 
untis will recognize a CAP message sent through the CAP software.  For 
Trilithic users, call Trilithic Tech support for help getting and using 
this program.  It worked for us very well, and allowed us to better 
understand how the Trilithic EASyCap software interfaces with the 
EASyCast unit.  This is for Trilithic users only.  (as far as I know).
