[EAS] CAP deadline

Since I haven't heard anything yet on a decision by the FCC on whether to extend the deadline for CAP compliance beyond September 30 and since we are already into September, I am wondering if the lack of a decision means that they are leaning more toward extending the deadline or more toward not extending it.

Any thoughts?
