[EAS] Annoucment for radio?

No additional airing of any message on radio that I am aware of other than carrying the message contained in the EAN.
For radio it should all just be automatic.
I think with TV/Cable, the idea is for stations to put up a slide or crawl saying that this is only a test because they can.
You know that video part of what would otherwise just be radio.
My programming people asked if they should move the station ID to a bit before the test and re-arrange programming to accommodate the three minute test.
I suggested that we should not change anything.
If the test covers a station ID then we can do one afterwards. (Provided we are not in full auto mode on the automation.)
Otherwise it is a missed I.D. due to an EAN.
We don't know if the test will happen exactly on time, or even at all. (Due to failure somewhere between the origination point and us.)
So it is totally a hands off deal here as far as programming or operator intervention is concerned.
