[EAS] Annoucment for radio?

The article on broadcastlawblog.com (at the link shown below) states:

"... and also providing a suggested slide for TV stations to air during the test itself.  The message to be aired by radio stations will be provided soon."

Does anyone here know anything about a message, other than the actual relay of the test, being required to be aired on radio stations?

This is the first that I am hearing about this.  Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
