[EAS] Reporting form

David Oxenford (Broadcast law blog) seems to think that
there will be a paper form issued asking for the same
useless information as the idiotic "form 1."

Any chance that Rudman or some else higher up the food chain
can talk to these clowns at the Commission to see what they
really want? Before everyone goes around in circles sending
in useless information?

Or are they already in the "we know everything, peons, bow
down and kiss my...ring mode?
