Only the FCC thinks stations are more likely to have people and paper at the
control point than we are to have a computer!

Twenty-three pages of instructions that apply to a one time event.
Required to print and post? Why can this be kept as a digital copy on a
computer at the control point?
(Except for those stations that don't have computers or internet. (Then how
do they get the Handbook?)
Flag at half mast for all the trees that died today.
If the fed can change their "playbook" for a one day three minute event,
then I guess it's OK for FL to rework their state plan for to cover the same
time frame.
