So the broadcasters can be labeled pirates? They've been banning the
import of these boxes all over the country with injunctions and such
because they're very popular for pay satellite piracy.

I don't think i'd want it on FTA, i think i'd rather have it on
something a bit more commercial grade, say a digicypher2 box like the
ones they use for AFN... Hey, now there's an idea!
