[EAS] List doesn't accept attachments

handle links and uploads right now.

on the SBE forum?

Please gentlemen, it does not matter which trade publication supports 
which forum. We should not be competing in this, we should be 
cooperating. All of us are trying learn and exchange ideas regarding a 
common subject. Vendor reps are here as well and give very good info. 
Gov't. representatives are also present on both and have given us great 
insights.
We all have a vested interest in the project in front of us. Let's work 
on that here and let the trade magazines fight their battles elsewhere.
