[EAS] EAS Sortware

The internet is my big problem. Most of my stations are "satellators" and
even 3G is unreliable in places and an extra $50 or $60/month is a stress
on an already strained budget. It seems like LEO satellite might be an
answer. I know that KLOVE uses that for remote control of their
transmitters and it only requires a CB whip antenna which hopefully in
most cases won't raise the tower rent too much.

Of course, receiving the LP-2 and LP-2 can be challenging at RF sites as
well although I rarely have trouble in my truck.

Mike is absolutely correct!

One of the many issues that should be on the table after the test should
be establishing the timetable for the transition to CAP supported by CAP
relays that will not depend solely on the Internet.

The existence of CAP Converters will make this decision more difficult as
well as more costly.
