[EAS] Burke EAS Unit

I had a station with one a while ago. As long as it's receiving the RWT's
and RMT's, you should be OK for the test. Burk stopped support on them a
couple years after they made them as one of the major chips went out of
production suddenly.
I don't see that as an issue for the EAN test. But of course, it will
need to be swapped out for the CAP system.
