I have at least three of those units. I am like you waiting to see exactly
what happens tomorrow. The factory stopped support in June of 2010. I am
asking for a five channel DASDEC to replace the Burks, a G-R and a Sage for
the five station cluster.

Is anybody familiar with a Burke EAS Unit ? (ie. Nov. 9th EAN Test).
I have a call into Burke, but I had to leave a message. Also, my
understanding is Burke hasn't been making these units for quite sometime.
I inherited this unit when I left WWL radio about 10 years ago, believe I
would have picked a more main stream unit had it been my choice. At any rate
I will be replacing it with a Sage, soon as have the time.
Thanks,
Steve
