[EAS] Good thing the test was shortened

Although, in the case of the EAN test on the 9th, there will be no EAT.
Since there is no way to tell which event a particular EOM goes with,
many devices (like the Sage ENDEC) accept any EOM on the same audio
source as the original EAN as an end to that EAN. That's why sending
an RWT will work.
