I disagree....we keep adding to EAS and we will end up with the "car alarm syndrome" . We have many other ways to get the information out without activating EAS...first we had AMBER which has been a great success in California...we have made sure that only "the real abductions" are used to activate the system. Then along came, silver and now blue...
