March 9, 2011 -- 12:00 Noon Eastern
EMForum.org is pleased to host a one hour presentation and interactive discussion Wednesday, March 9, 2011, beginning at 12:00 Noon Eastern time (please convert to your local time). The mission of the [http://t.ymlp25.net/yywadajsmarabmsyavaehms/click.php] Responder Knowledge Base (RKB) is to provide emergency responders, purchasers, and planners with a trusted, integrated, online source of information on products, standards, certifications, grants, and other equipment-related information. Online since 2003, the RKB also provides knowledge links, user opinions, and hints authored by subject matter experts. By integrating this information into one location, the RKB has become a "go-to" site for the responder community. This overview and tour will help you make the most of the many resources the RKB has to offer.
Our guest will be [http://t.ymlp25.net/yyqatajsmagabmsyadaehms/click.php] Demetria M. H. Caldwell, Content Analyst for RKB. In this role, she uploads content for the system, organizes and attends conferences for research and outreach purposes, conducts briefings and strategic communications for the RKB.
Please make plans to join us, and see the [http://t.ymlp25.net/yyyavajsmaoabmsyaxaehms/click.php] Background Page for related materials and [http://t.ymlp25.net/usssacajsmagabmsyafaehms/click.php] Instructions.
