Please remove Illinois from the list of EMNet states.  I might have been a
good idea, but may also have been a costly mistake.

 

The system was never completed.  The only thing ever delivered to stations
was weather alerts that we were already getting with a 29 dollar radio. Most
of the installed units no longer function. Someone, somewhere made a buck
off this, but it did not help EAS at all.
