        It might be, in the future. Sadly, the 
        interest level in EAS is not high right now.
        Too many feel it is not worth their attention.
        The challenge of this community (EAS Forum)
        is to attract more people to feel like
        1. they are being heard
        2. they should file a comment
        3. they should bring others (including programming
                and management) into the discussion.

        Right now ... I've been focused on the past couple
        of months on the stream of fines emanating from 
        the EB.  It sure seems like something is up.  I 
        sure hope it is not an effort to fix the national deficit!
