[EAS] Hold on to those thoughts! The NPRM is coming!

Good discussions on the text-to-speech and other issues.  Please hold on to all those thoughts!  The Part 11 NPRM will probably be released in another couple of weeks.  I'm told that it will include queries as to whether (1) the deadline should be pushed off again, and (2) the FCC should stand up a certification process for EAS equipment to ensure compliance with FCC requirements.  Stay tuned, await further plot complications, and start drafting your comments for filing.
