[EAS] A question...

Here in Nevada, we send out reports every week for each Op Area with a list
of the tests and activations that the LP stations and NOAA have sent the
preceding week. We try to send them out on Monday mornings, but sometimes it
takes a day or two for the engineers to get the information to me. That's a
situation I'm hoping CAP will resolve. It's also a chance to pass on any
news, information or other important messages about EAS. When we turn a lot
of the testing chores over to our state and local officials we will continue
to send out the reports for the same reason we started them--make easy for
the engineers and Chief Operators to keep accurate logs of EAS activities.
Of course, this only works for those who actually take the time to contact
the SECC and provide their email address. I'm amazed at the number of
stations that don't take the time to contact the SECC, determine their
Monitoring Assignments, get a copy of the state or local plan and test
schedule and generally communicate with the people who make EAS work in
their area.

"The usual way to backtrack missing messages is to contact the originator.
So does it make sense that there should be a way so CAP messages originators
can post what they send by some means?
