Darryl--
As you know, a lot of Nevada stations use the TFT EAS911--should I emphasize
this information in my National Test outreach program this summer?

		All TFT EAS911s that are to be operated in "AUTO" mode will
have to include the FIPS code for Washington DC in their programming 
		in Setup Menu Item 10. Units operated in "MAN" mode can
always have an operator forward the last valid received message manually.
