[EAS] Identifying the Test on air

Well now I know where people have gotten the idea about seven days or  
less between tests!
I had this same (not S.A.M.E.) discussion with a local engineer, and  
he had a TFT.
I guess that puts a cap (not C.A.P.) on that mystery.
