[EAS] Polls Close August 4th

Just a reminder, the initial comment date on the EAS CAP FNPRM has passed, and 34 comment filings are on the FCC website awaiting everyone's reaction.  Below is a summary of the comments received so far that I've posted on the AWARE Forum.  Hoefully this gives everyone a snapshot and impetus to file Reply Comments, which are due by August 4.  You can't complain if you don't "vote" - polls close August 4th.  See my posting for the very simple procedure to post comments to the FCC website.
